(Remotely, due to COVID-19 restrictions)

We helped one of Australia’s largest supermarkets implement a new People & Culture (P&C) service delivery model, and supporting technology to its 125,000 employees.

The supermarket’s P&C Leadership team had decided to implement a new human resource management system (SuccessFactors) and a workflow tool (Salesforce). The key drivers of this decision were to reduce cost, improve user experience and increase business efficiency.

Levant was engaged to design a new operating model and structure to support this significant technology investment, and support P&C’s transition to their new ways of working.

The new organisation structure went live one week prior to the launch of Salesforce and involved a reduction in headcount as well as the establishment of new teams.

Not only was this program of unprecedented scale and pace but it was successfully delivered virtually (including UAT and training) due to COVID-19 restrictions.
