We produced a bespoke development program, which ensured the leadership team of a financial services organisation could confidently lead a business-wide transformation program.
The organisation had started a transformation program in response to the impact of COVID-19, which resulted in several changes to senior leadership roles. These changes resulted in a fragmented leadership group with varying levels of capability and experience in leading a business through transformation.
The Levant team partnered with key stakeholders to develop a targeted program that focused on improving self-leadership, leading others, transformation, and an enterprise more broadly.
