Anna is a consulting professional who has worked with organisations of all sizes across Australia to design and deliver people-related solutions. With experience across a diverse range of industries, Anna has particular expertise in the education, not-for-profit, health and public sectors.
Anna believes that an organisation’s employees are critical to its success, and the best way to differentiate oneself from other organisations. Motivated by finding the unique best-fit solution to business and people problems, Anna loves connecting with her clients to understand the specific circumstances and challenges they face, and working in partnership to address these issues. With a background in analytics and a passion for prose, Anna’s particular areas of interest are workforce planning, strategy development, workshop and training facilitation, and capability framework design.
Anna graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science. Prior to joining Levant Consulting, Anna was part of Mercer’s Talent Consulting practice.
