We helped one of Australia’s largest banks to improve how it managed executive accountabilities and responsibilities.
Levant was brought in to help the bank meet APRA-administered Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) requirements, through changes to its organisation design and ways of working.
Our work focussed on developing a comprehensive accountability mapping tool, a template for Statements of Responsibility, stakeholder engagement plans and detailed recommendations to support further improvement and, ultimately, organisational effectiveness.
This work ensured the bank was doing everything it could to meet and exceed its legal requirements, with the process created expanded across the entire bank, not just executives.
