Quickly improving employee engagement with their professional development
We helped a NSW Government Department to quickly and effectively address low employee engagement with professional development.
Levant designed a 6-week campaign and created high-quality engagement materials to raise awareness of the Department’s professional development processes. This work aimed to encourage managers and employees to have conversations about professional development options.
Materials included animated videos, professional development topic guides, genuine stories from employees as well as refreshed intranet content and promotional material (posters, pitch packs, etc.)
The campaign resulted in an immediate increase in managers and employees having conversations about professional development and improved employee engagement across the Department.
