Managing a global transition to Oracle Peoplesoft and a new HR operating model

 

We provided our change management expertise to a top-tier Australian bank, which allowed them to implement a new global HR operating model and HRIS solution (Oracle PeopleSoft). 

Levant designed and delivered a global change management approach and collateral for the new HRIS and people-data reporting tool. Key activities included developing a stakeholder-centric change management strategy and plan, communications and engagement approach and building out the associated collateral and plans.

We worked in close partnership with local change managers across the bank’s operations to modify and adapt global content, ensuring its relevance and impact with the stakeholder group.​

Our change management approach facilitated a smooth transition to the new ways of working and the solution was successfully deployed to the business with minimal disruption.
