We designed a global research support operating model and organisation structure for a leading health research not-for-profit.
Partnering with the executive team and a working group across three geographic regions, we led a process to co-design an operating model and organisation design that addressed opportunities for improvement and better positioned the organisation for growth.
This process involved:
Engaging a working group to define the case for change, vision and design principles.
Reviewing current-state ways of working and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Designing the future operating model and organisational structure
Developing a transition plan.
Our work culminated in executive endorsement of the design and the implementation roadmap.
