We helped transform a global health insurer’s People & Culture (P&C) function, which included implementing a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Levant was responsible for shaping the future state vision, case for change, P&C service offerings, new ways of working, process redesign, capability uplift, org design and successful transition to the new HRIS – Workday.
Throughout this work, our clear focus on improving employee experience led to outcome-focused decisions, and sustained buy-in from the business.
The organisation successfully transitioned to a new P&C operating model and Workday, which delivered a better, more efficient and consistent user experience its people. It also allowed the organisation to better utilise its workforce, which they spent more than $1b on, annually.
