We provided change management expertise to a global biotech company as it transitioned to SAP S/4HANA from an out-dated ERP solution.
Levant’s support covered the program’s third go-live, which included the Asia Pacific region and over 5,000 employees across seven countries.
Our work focussed on customising global collateral, developing regional content, and supporting local change leads to tailor and build relevant and targeted change management materials. This work took place in an extremely complex environment, with diverse stakeholders and regulatory landscapes across the region.
