Putting customers’ needs first to design and implement better HR processes

A recent HR system implementation at a higher education provider had been met with resistance due to processes and workflows that weren’t understood or didn’t support people’s needs.

Levant worked with people from across the institute to co-design end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding, and leave management. The goal was to create ‘stakeholder-centric’ processes that simplified ways of working, reduced compliance risk, and maximised the institute’s technology return on investment.

Levant also designed and delivered a change management approach to support the implementation of the new processes and ways of working, which included customer experience journeys, engaging support materials and tailored communications.
